The QR code won't scan

Increase the screen's brightness and hold the phone 20–40 cm from the screen.
Make sure the whole code is visible — no overlapping windows or notifications.
Codes are bound to a single sign-in session; if it has been open a while, refresh the page to get a fresh code.
Check the SenseCrypt app has camera permission (phone Settings → SenseCrypt → Camera).
