What is CIBA and when would I use it?

CIBA (Client-Initiated Backchannel Authentication) covers flows with no browser — call centers, kiosks, server-initiated approvals. Your server starts sign-in with a user hint; SenseCrypt emails the user a sign-in QR; a live face check on their phone approves it; your server collects the tokens. The user proves presence without ever touching the calling system.
