Is there a minimum commitment or contract?

The trial has no minimum. Once you're paying, the only commitment is the workforce-seat minimum noted on the pricing page — those seats are committed whether or not they're occupied. Beyond that, you pay the usage lines: seats, active CIAM users, and signing keys.
