Every account includes three tenants and three custom domains, counted across the account (not per tenant). Beyond the included three of each, every additional tenant or custom domain is $10 per month, and only a verified domain bills.
A tenant is an isolated environment with its own users, apps and signing keys. A custom domain serves your whole identity provider on a hostname you own.
