The camera won't open in the SenseCrypt app

Grant camera permission: phone Settings → SenseCrypt → allow Camera.
Close other apps that may be holding the camera (video calls, camera apps).
Restart the app; if that fails, restart the phone.
Ensure the app is up to date in your app store.
