How do users get into SenseCrypt?

Two paths. Push them from your existing directory: Okta, Microsoft Entra ID and other directories provision users and groups over SCIM 2.0, and your directory stays the source of truth. Newly provisioned users arrive as pending shells until they enroll their face. Or create users directly in the admin console.
