Can my face token be reversed into my face, or used to track me across services?

No on both counts. The token is non-reversible — it cannot be turned back into a face image or template. And it cannot be linked across services, so your enrollment with one organization can't be correlated with another. Each token is also single-use: one sign-in, then it's spent.
