I received a sign-in approval I didn't ask for. What should I do?

Don't approve it. Every SenseCrypt approval names the request it belongs to, so you can see exactly what you'd be authorizing — and an approval can't be 'fatigued' out of you, because it takes a live face check, not a tap. Sign-in requests are also rate-limited platform-wide.

Report the unexpected request to your administrator or security team; it appears in the audit trail with full context
