What does EXPIRED state mean:

  • The following reasons can lead to your account being an EXPIRED state: 
    • Your 30-day Free Trial is over and you did not subscribe to a paid plan . 
    • You cancelled your paid plan and the cancellation has taken effect at the end of the billing cycle. 
    • Payment has failed during the collection process (i.e. the credit card has expired or the credit limit was exceeded on your card)


What should you do:

  • You need to change your billing method if the EXPIRED state is due to your payment failure, once you have updated your billing method, our system will auto collects from your updated billing method (around 1day)
  • You need to make sure you have successfully subscribed to a paid plan if your Trial is EXPIRED.
